FormMail Script

This is a formmail script which is really good for your mailing scripts. But you will need to make some changes before you do upload this to your site. Here is how you do this: 1 - Unzip the files into a folder where you can find it 2 - Open the downloaded.cgi in a editor such as Notebook, Notepad, or Notepad++. 3 - Find the two lines that have: @referers = qw(yoursitename.com localhost); @allow_mail_to = qw(yoursitename.com localhost); These are on lines 46 and 47. Then change the yoursite.com to your site url. 4 - Unless you have experience I would only suggest changing one more thing, if you need it changed: $max_recipients = 1; To a different number if you plan on more than one person getting the form. You change just the number to the max number of people that will be getting the form. 5 - When you are done upload it to your site. 6 - Then make sure to change the permissions or chmod the file to 755. *NOTE* I would suggest NOT naming the script something like formmail.cgi, mail.cgi, or form.cgi. I normally would name it after the site so it would be yoursite.cgi.
